Flooring Installed at Modelogic

Wellborn + Wright finished the reclaimed oak floors this week and are starting the steel + glass partitions at Modelogic’s Mid-Atlantic office, located in Richmond, VA! Tracks are in place for the partitions, frames to be installed soon.

Modelogic is located in a historic building in the heart of Church Hill. For the renovation we took a reductive approach: all “modern” partitions were removed, with the historic interior painted a crisp white. New white oak floors add warmth while steel and glass partitions provide translucent dividers between varied program requirements ranging from open conference areas, agent offices, and private meeting rooms. See more photos and read about the project in our Portfolio.
