Scott’s Addition Adaptive Reuse Featured in Bizsense

We are excited to see one of our newest projects in Scott's Addition featured in Richmond BizSense today. We are working with SpyRock Real Estate Group to redevelop a 36,000 square foot warehouse currently serving as McKinnon and Harris’ manufacturing space.

Since the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, our design balances careful consideration for the historic fabric of the building and neighborhood with the functional needs for a change of use. Working closely with the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and National Park Service, we are adding new window openings and other amenities for the future tenants while taking advantage of the Federal and State Historic Tax Credit Program. We are excited to begin a new chapter for a great building.
